I want you to live well! My desire is to help people improve their health rather than to tolerate dysfunction with compensations or medications. My education and clinical experience have combined to give me a solid foundation in the practice of Physical Therapy fundamentals. I continue to build upon this foundation and explore new pathways to facilitate the wisdom of the human body to change, heal, and function at a higher level. Balance of the mind, body and spirit is a crucial component of all aspects of health. Balancing the body involves the structure, function, internal environment, and effects of emotions, attitudes and beliefs.

My practice provides input for the client to change their structure and function as indicated, and support them in addressing the spiritual, emotional, and nutritional aspects of their health.

After graduating from Northwestern University Medical School with a Masters in Physical Therapy, I worked at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, in skilled nursing facilities, and in outpatient orthopedics. I competed at the Division I collegiate level at Northwestern University where I earned my Bachelor’s degree.

I enjoy time in nature and finding ways to nurture myself through exercise, gardening, reading, and spiritually stimulating endeavors.
